The Ministry of
Education seeks to communicate with all members of the community across all
available means, hence, the Ministry has opened the following social media
accounts - “Twitter, Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, Telegram and Snap Chat” to announce the Ministry’s latest
news and events and to reply to all inquiries, comments and suggestions made by
account followers.
Surveys
The Ministry of
Education aims, through the regular circulation of questionnaires and surveys,
to collect the public’s opinion on the subjects contained in the questionnaires.
This will assist us in taking appropriate decisions and improving our services
to maintain the happiness of all customers.
Suggestions and
Comments Portal
The Ministry of
Education has opened a new CRM portal to collect suggestions and comments from
all members of the community which will then be conveyed to the concerned
department, to identify the requirements of customers and activate suitable
suggestions.

Based on the
Ministers’ keenness to communicate directly with the pubic, an email has been
designated for each Minister to enable the public to contact them personally.
E-Participation
Policy
Through the
e-participation policy page, the Ministry of Education has clarified the terms
and conditions to be followed and the correct manner of utilizing the service.
