Off-topic comments or remarks.
Any language that implies offence, disrespect or underestimation of any beliefs or religions.
Comments that imply prejudices, discrimination or racism.
Comments that imply or support illegal activity.
Comments that violate intellectual property rights.
The following procedures are taken to respond to enquiries received through social media:
If the question is personal, it will be answered by a private message.
If the question involves a large amount of followers, it will be answered on the homepage, available to everybody.
If the answer is available on the official Ministry of Education website, the query will be immediately directed to the website via the link.
If the answer is specialised or requires details from a certain administration department, query will be directed to the call centre who will provide the answer from the relevant department.
