(60%) of (17,770) male
and female students sat for the Common Educational Proficiency Assessment
(CEPA) – English on Saturday (10th) of May, in (25) centers in the
State.
The students were
divided into two groups, morning and evening, in the exam’s second attempt, to
obtain better scores than those obtained in the previous exam so as to be taken
into account for determining admission at the three higher education
institutions: UAE University, Zayed University, and Higher Colleges of
Technology (HCT).
The exam centers
included UAE University with its male and female branches, HCT- Al Ain Men’s
College, HCT- Sharjah Men’s College and HCT- Sharjah Women’s College, Ras Al
Khaimah Men’s College and Ras Al Khaimah Women’s College, HCT-Abu Dhabi Men’s
College and HCT- Abu Dhabi Women’s College, and Kahlifa City Women’s
College/Abu Dhabi.
The exam’s centers
also included HCT-Fujairah Men’s College and HCT-Fujairah Women’s College,
Madinat Zayed Colleges, HCT Ruwais Colleges, HCT-Dubai Men’s College and
HCT-Dubai Women’s College, Zayed University with its both branches in Dubai and
Abu Dhabi, and the exam center in Delma Island for students.
