project, in addition to a number of federal and local government departments,
research centers and universities.
Through “Bahathet Al
Emarat” research ideas will be collected
for a research proposal about a certain issue discussed by researchers, their
contribution in the project is an additional effort, within the framework of
the efforts undertaken by the State in universities and institutions, and will
facilitate scientific research procedures in the State. According to the Secretary
General of the "Federal National Council" Dr. “Mohammed Salem Al Mazroui”,
this project requires the concerted efforts at the level of ministries and
local government authorities, and universities, to discuss all issues of
interest to the community.
Dr.
“Husam Al Ulama”, Director of the “National Research Foundation” of
the “Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research” said that the number
of scientific researchers at the State level reached (5000) researchers,
working within (57) universities, academic and research institutions, and
research centers. “Al Ulama” valued the patronage of the “Federal National
Council” of this project, but noted that inadequate financial support may be
one of the constraints.
