His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council
Member and Ruler of Ajman, and His Highness Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi,
Crown Prince of Ajman, have congratulated HE Ali Hassan Al Hammadi, Director of
Ajman Education Zone, and the staff of the Zone’s Customer Happiness Center,
these being Sara Haji Al Jasmi, Supervisor of Ajman Customer Happiness Center,
and Adel Al Marzouqi, Director of the Department of Customer Happiness Centers
at the Ministry of Education, for coming in the second place among the UAE’s top
five performing service centers and getting a five-star rating.
While receiving the staff, HH Sheikh Humaid commended this achievement,
which indicated the great efforts exerted by all the employees of the Customer
Happiness Center at Ajman Education Zone, who proved they were capable of entering
an honest competition to reach the top places among the five best service
centers announced yesterday by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al
Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may
Allah preserve him.
During the meeting, HH Sheikh Humaid emphasized that the top places
among the five best service centers can be reached but it is required to
maintain the achievement and excellence by constantly improving performance,
exerting more outstanding efforts, continuing training and qualification for
all the staff of the Government of Ajman, be they officers, individuals or
employees in establishments and authorities and providing services to the
satisfaction of customers and strategic partners.
Calling on those working in all worksites, departments and centers
in Ajman to benefit from this experience, which helped them be distinguished
from others, HH Sheikh Humaid stated that the target goal can be achieved by
the staff only when they combine efforts, co-ordinate to exchange initiatives
and experiences, accomplish tasks accurately and honestly and strive to satisfy
the applicants in all worksites and service centers.
Meanwhile, HH Sheikh Ammar described this achievement as the fruit
of the attention and support received by the emirate’s entities, departments
and service centers from the UAE leadership and as a natural outcome of the
directives and efforts exerted by the Government of Ajman, which rendered the
happiness of customers and applicants one of its most important orientations and
excellent performance a strategic objective of top priority in all departments
and service centers.
HH Sheikh Ammar affirmed that the fact that those departments and
centers in Ajman could be among the five top service centers in the UAE is a
source of pride for all employees of the Government of Ajman and a motive for
them to continue the process of advancement and excellence and work hard to
develop performance in all departments of the Government of Ajman, adding that
this would put all the employees working in these departments before new
responsibilities for maintaining the progress that the emirate achieved under
the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme
Council Member and Ruler of Ajman.
Al Hammadi expressed his great pleasure that HH Sheikh Humaid HH
Crown Prince of Ajman received the staff that made their respective centers
among the five top service centers across the UAE, adding that this should
motivate all to do their best in the future and that this level of services could
not be achieved without the directives, support and encouragement of HH Ruler
of Ajman and the close follow-up of HH Sheikh Ammar, who strives with his
senior teams in the Government of Ajman to make the best achievements and attain
the top places for the Emirate of Ajman to have a unique reputation.
He explained that the encouragement and support shown by HH Sheikh
Humaid and HH Sheikh Ammar for Ajman Police employees were aimed at urging them
to keep up the good work, stressing that these current and previous
achievements were the result of this support, institutional organization and
focus on high quality services.
Al Hammadi affirmed that the fact that the Customer Happiness
Center in the Ajman Education Zone was among the five top service centers was the
result of the unlimited support of His Highness Ruler of Ajman and the
follow-up of the Crown Prince of Ajman to the role of the zone and the efforts
of the center, adding that this achievement was the fruit of joint efforts, co-operation
and co-ordination of the management staff of educational institutions, particularly
the Ministry of Education.
He dedicated this achievement to HH Sheikh Humaid and HH Sheikh
Ammar for their assistance and support to the zone’s working team, which helped
create the convenient environment to improve performance, provide the best
services to the center’s customers and achieve excellence. He assured HH Sheikh
Humaid and HH Sheikh Ammar that all efforts would be exerted to ensure the
provision of the best services to the satisfaction of customers in all the
emirate’s worksites and educational.
The Customer Happiness Center has 40 services related to general
and higher education and licenses at a rate of 350 to 400 customers per day for
all categories of students, parents, university professors and professional
licenses, he said, noting that the center completed more than 20, 500 services since
the beginning of 2019 up till now, that the completion of each service needed
no more than 3 minutes, that the waiting time did not exceed 3 minutes and the customer
happiness index reached 95 per cent.
Al Hammadi said he was happy about and proud of meeting HH Ruler of
Ajman and HH Ajman Crown Prince as this would prove that they were in touch
with all establishments working in the Emirate of Ajman and were striving to provide
all means of convenience for the happiness of members of society, pledging that
the best services would always be provided.
