UAE graduates lead the job market

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research seeks in earnest to achieve excellence at regional and global levels, and positively contribute in the development of the U.A.E. State by preparing graduates who are able to take responsibility and lead the future, and by elevating educational services up to the international standards, and providing research solutions in strategic areas to the State, by preparing distinguished graduates, with the assistance and contribution of government and  private institutions of higher education in the State.

To this end the efforts of the United Arab Emirates University are highlighted in response to the directives of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, United Arab Emirates University President by providing great attention to the strategic Teaching Assistants Program.

Deputy Director of the United Arab Emirates University Dr. Mohammed Al Bili stated while meeting prospective scholarship Teaching Assistants to complete their higher education outside the State, that (65) Teaching Assistants are currently benefiting from this program,  which will increase the nationalization of the faculty to (37) per cent, which is the highest proportion among public and private universities in the UAE.

United Arab Emirates University currently employs (625) professors, including (170) nationals. (300) nationals benefited from the Teaching Assistants Program so far, one third are currently working at the University, and the rest are employed at various national institutions.
