The Embassy of
UAE in Australia hosted a grand Iftar breakfast for Emirati students, who are
studying on scholarships at Australian universities in the city of Melbourne
within the framework of the implementation of "Iftar Breakfast Project
".
The
project is supervised by the embassy and held with the support of Sharjah
Charity Association.
Faisal
Saif Al Mazrouie, third secretary at the embassy who was present on the
occasion, said the project aimed to strengthen the links between overseas
students and spreading the message of Islamic solidarity.
Mr.
Al Mazrouie pointed out that "Iftar Breakfast Project " contributes
to the enhancement of communication between different peoples and embodies the
noble values of the religion of Islam.
For
their part, students expressed thanked and appreciation to the UAE Embassy and
the Sharjah Charity.
