UAE Cultural Advisor in UK attends graduation ceremony of scholars in Dublin

 His Excellency Ahmed Al Mazrouei, UAE Cultural Advisor in the United Kingdom, attended the graduation ceremony of scholarship students at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin City, as part of His Excellency’s efforts, and in line with the vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to achieve leadership in higher education and global competitiveness in scientific research in the UAE. The ceremony was held on Thursday, June 4th, 2015. In a speech delivered by His Excellency on this occasion, he congratulated the graduates on behalf of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, wishing them more success in service of the UAE and the future of its children, and called on the graduates to go with confidence to the higher levels of education and challenge in order to make a bright future. He also expressed his pride in the graduation of this batch, who will contribute to the service of the country and raising its profile. His Excellency has recently visited the Arab-European Forum for Distinguished Students, in the city of Dublin in Ireland, at the invitation of the Global Science Club, where His Excellency and Dr. Saeed Mohammed Ali Al Shamsi, UAE Ambassador to Ireland, met the distinguished students and praised their excellence. It is noteworthy that a Memorandum of Understanding on higher education and scientific research has been recently signed between the UAE and Ireland, witnessed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, as part of the UAE’s efforts in building bridges of communication and cooperation with all countries in all fields, including education.
