Dr. “Hanan Malkawi”  jury member in the for “L’Oreal–UNESCO Pan Arab Regional Fellowships for Women in Science 2013”, said that the papers presented to the program were subject to strict international standards and specifications, taking into account transparency, objectivity and credibility. “Malkawi” added that the Arab world is full of great models for women researcher scientists in all fields and despite the support this program from both )UNESCO( and the "L'Oreal Foundation", we look forward to a similar Award from Arab States, organizations and bodies, in supporting and empowering women researchers in the Arab world, since Arab women find and strive and persevere to participate in building the nation and its renaissance, they deserve support and empowerment.

Meanwhile, Dr.“Hossam Al Ulama” Director of the “National Research Foundation”  in the “Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research”, stressed that the Ministry's support for the award came from the premise in not only to support the academic universities, institutes and Government and private educational institutions, but beyond to backup its leadership in supporting sustainable development in the State and the Arab world too, the Ministry believes that its task does not stop at supporting the educational process, but also working with local and international organizations, and to support efforts to develop scientific research and push the capabilities to achieve creativity and innovation.
