Sharjah is to host, during the period 3-5 April 2016, the second International Conference on Special Education, in order to provide an opportunity for interested stakeholders to discuss methods of improving and reforming the educational process in the field of special education, and identify the most important developments in this area, including the methods of evaluation, education, and health plans for the care of people with special needs, and offer the best methodologies and providing innovative methods for teaching and educational needs of all students in the primary and secondary stages and after the age of 18. During the Conference eight meetings will be held over two days under the titles; Measurement and diagnosis – early intervention, mental disability-visual, auditory, motor impairment – studies of autism, learning disabilities and school delays – studies of the reality of special education, methods of teaching special education-rehabilitation techniques, strategies and instruction in special education, the rights of persons with disabilities and their families – training and qualification, social and family guidance -support services for persons with disabilities and their families, regulations, legal provisions and international treaties for persons with disabilities – the future of special education forward-looking studies. The Conference Organizing Committee accepts abstracts and research participation no later than the 3rd of April 2016.
