Institute of public administration in Oman is hosting in 2016, a conference entitled "Euro-MENA Dialogue", derived from the partnership between the European Group of Public Administration (EGPA) and the Middle East and North Africa network for research in public administration (MENAPAR) for the dialogue to include the three territories; Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. The Conference attracts all public bodies, scientific and educational institutions as well as private companies specialized in scientific research, to participate in the Conference with the aim of networking and knowledge exchange and benefit from applied experiences between Arab and European countries. MENAPAR is a network of professionals and organizations in the Arab region interested in public administration research, and focusing on the participations mainly from the Arab region, but it remains open to the participation of institutions, academics and practitioners from all other regions, as the network aims to promote thought about public policy and decision-making in public administration based on facts and scientific evidence. The Conference will be held over four days, 3 main languages Arabic, English and French will be used, with the participation of 60 research papers and will include side dialogues, panel discussions, meetings and workshops.
