His
Highness General Sheikh “Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan”, Crown Prince of “Abu
Dhabi”, and Deputy Supreme Commander of the “UAE Armed Forces”, has received at his residence in “Tokyo” on Wednesday
(26/2/2014), (52) of UAE scholarship students studying in a number of universities in “Japan”.
During the meeting,
Sheikh Mohamed reviewed
the students’ academic discipline situations and their living
conditions in “Japan” and urged them to achieve success in their academics and in their endeavors to contribute in the process of
building the UAE.
H.H. Sheikh “Hamed
bin Zayed Al Nahyan”, Chief of “Abu Dhabi” Crown Prince's Court, attended the
meeting.
Sheikh “Mohamed” stressed
that Emirati students abroad
are ambassadors for their countries and should reflect the bright image of the
UAE, that looking towards its sons abroad; making their way armed with science
and knowledge, to contribute with their expertise in the march of progress and prosperity the state is witnessing in all fields.
Sheikh “Mohamed”
confirmed the UAE's interest in Emirati students and the follow-up of their educational conditions, and the wise leadership’s keenness
to provide all means and ways helping those making extra efforts and hard work
to achieve their goals in achieving higher certificates serving the homeland.
His
Highness Sheikh “Mohamed” said that “the leadership of
UAE and its people are hoping from allot from you, you are the nation’s home
land wealth and future and the best successful
investment. Through you we send a message abroad that we have ambitious national
cadres, who represent their country in the best ways”, adding “it’s the nature
of life that each generation delivers the banner to the next generation so life
continues and we deliver the banner to you”.
While
meeting the students his Highness Sheikh “Mohamed” expressed his pride in them despite their distance from their homeland, urging them at the same time
to exert more efforts in their studies and to pay attention to their higher
education.
The
Emirati students expressed their pleasure and pride in meeting Sheikh “Mohamed”
promising his Highness to meet with the expectations of the country’s
leadership in their education achieving the highest academic degrees and to participate
in the nation’s progress march. They also expressed their gratitude for everything
that is being provided for them such as the services and support that
paves the way for them to continue their march in an easy and comfortable way.
