
In response to the directives of Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the (International Conferences & Exhibitions LLC), to regulate their relationship during the Gulf Education and Training Exhibition 2015 ", which will be held from the 11th to 17th of April 2015, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Mr. Saif Rashed Al Mazroui, Assistant Undersecretary For Institutional & Support Services , signed the Memorandum on behalf of the Ministry and on behalf of the institution its Executive Director Mr. Anselm Godinho.
The signing of the Memorandum came as a result of his Excellency’s keenness to continue the delivery of information about higher education and academic institutions accredited by the Ministry to all concerned, and in cooperation with the various authorities and the desire of both parties to cooperate in this regard.
It has been agreed between the two parties, for the Ministry to provide the latest lists and addresses of private higher education institutions within the State that are licensed by the Ministry and its accredited programs, and accredited higher education institutions outside the State, to familiarize students with these institutions in the framework of the awareness plan of the Ministry, for the benefit of the future of students so they don’t enroll in institutions are not accredited, the Ministry will also participate in this exhibition to introduce all of their services. The exhibition aims to provide reliable marketing service to higher education providers from all over the world, and will provide a communication platform to students residing in the region, it also helps exhibitors achieve good rates in attracting students, which is very important to them, this session of GETEX Exhibition will bring together providers of vocational and academic education to closely communicate with students seeking the most appropriate study options to prepare them for certain posts in the future.
The “Career Advisory Forum” will be held during the exhibition, which is an excellent opportunity for networking among students and career advisors to discuss issues related to their prominent role in guiding students to the appropriate paths.
