The Ministry of Education launched the mobile platform initiative in Fujairah, which comes as part of an array of initiatives launched by the Ministry recently to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and happiness through providing the ministry's diverse services in various innovative ways to achieve its goal and reach all members of society in the most convenient way.
The Ministry launched yesterday, the mobile platform in the Emirate of Fujairah, which will be in the vital centers for one month. It will provide the public with all services related to the attestation of certificates and the issuance of licenses for nurseries and the rest of the general and higher education services. Staff in the platform will respond to all questions and queries received from the public.
The Ministry had already launched several platforms in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. The mobile platform in Fujairah will open from 10 am to 10 pm all week except Fridays where the platform is open to the public from 4 pm to 10 pm.
The Ministry aims to achieve excellence in providing services related to education and to provide many places of service in various parts of the country. This aims to save the time and effort of the public and to devise new ways to provide service as well as achieve the greatest possible happiness.
Engineer Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Control and Support Services, said that the Ministry of Education spares no effort to provide its services to the public and devotes many ways to meet this goal. We respond to all inquiries regarding the various functions and services of the Ministry provided such as licensing for the establishment of nurseries and the conditions of acceptance of students in general and higher education as well as the conditions of student scholarships to complete their studies abroad.
He also noted that the Ministry's recent development plans extended to the various departments in the Ministry in response to the directives of the wise leadership regarding overcoming all obstacles that may face the members of the community in communicating with the Ministry and obtaining its services. The Ministry has recently formulated several strategic initiatives to increase satisfaction Including the mobile platform, which allows the public to access the services of the ministry without the need to visit its headquarters in Dubai.
