countries in the world have faced an unusual life style that the world has not
seen before, due to “COVID 19". This virus has affected all life’s sectors,
especially education. Schools have closed in many countries, and educational
systems faced a great challenge in the continuity of the teaching and learning
process, which resulted in the teaching style and necessitated the need for rapid
transition to E-learning.
In the next year, the best choice is the hybrid
learning in these circumstances. Hybrid learning is a combination of the
traditional learning and the E-learning interactively and integrally. This
requires developing teachers’ competencies, and training them to adopt new
teaching methods suitable for the new learning environment, that
enriches students’ learning experiences and enhances their future skills in a
dynamic and collaborative learning environment.
Hence, the sixth Arab Gulf Forum for Teachers is focusing
on hybrid learning, to enrich the experience of teachers, school leaders, and
educators in the field of hybrid learning, and provide a rich opportunity to
share experiences, and display the best practices of educators and researchers.
