| Service Description |
| This service is intended to be used by institutions outside the UAE to verify the academic certificates issued from the UAE. The applicant institution shall send an official letter, with the copies of certificates attached thereto, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, which shall, in turn, send them to the Ministry of Education. |

| The official letter and certificates shall be sent through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE. |

| Required Documents |
- An official letter addressed to HE Minister of Education; and
- Copies of certificates.

| Procedures to be followed |
- The applicant institution shall send an official letter, with the copies of certificates attached thereto, to the relevant embassy in the UAE;
- The relevant embassy in the UAE shall send the letter and attached certificates to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, which shall, in turn, send them to the Ministry of Education ; and
- The Ministry of Education shall review the received certificates and send an official verification. Responses shall be made through the same channel, to which the application form was submitted..
