| Service Description |
| A true copy of high school certificate and grade certificates issued in the UAE shall be issued and approved for official use; Ex: Seeking to complete education outside the UAE. |

- The applicant shall show off his/her ID card.
- The applicant shall be responsible for accuracy of the information mentioned in the form.

- Copy of the certificate holder's passport.

| Procedures to be followed |
- The applicant shall fill the relevant application form ad submit it with the required documents to the Ministry of Education in Dubai, for high school certificates prior to 1983, and to the relevant Education Zone, for high school certificates after 1984 and for all grades certificates;
- The certificate shall subject to study by the competent section in the Assessment and Exams Dept.; and
- The approval shall be issued, and the applicant shall be notified upon service completion and attendance to receive his/her approved certificate, as per the place of delivery.
