First objective: To organize the Ministry

To organize the Ministry of Education , as an active educational system with national experts and capabilities ,that depends on decentralized policies and practices when making decisions ,with a clear definition for the relation between the educational committees ,educational councils and educational zones that guarantees schools to be the substantial base for educational development. 

Second Strategic Objective:To Provide modern curriculums

To provide modern curriculums accompanied with evaluation tools and procedures that relays on universal academic standards and contributes in creating an educational environment which makes the student the pivot of the educational process.

Third Strategic Objective: An infrastructure that relays on modern techniques

To provide an infrastructure that relays on modern techniques through all educational levels  ,and to employ it in the educational process to allow schools utilize it in management and work achievement.

Fourth Strategic Objective: Human Resources policies and regulations

Promoting policies and regulations for the human resources to contribute to improving and developing the quality of performance for the working educational committees in the educational system ( administrators ,teachers and other employees.

Fifth Strategic Objective: School Buildings and Utilities :

To develop and improve School buildings and utilities, provide them with equipments and tools that harmonizes with modern educational standards and in a way that enables schools to lay out and execute developed curriculums and activities.

Sixth Strategic Objective : Staff Professional development:

Promote the professional development programs and systems for all of educational staff such as ( administrators , teachers and technicians ) in a way that achieves the Ministry’s strategic objectives.

Seventh Strategic Objective:  Contribution of Parents

Develop  systems that enable parents to contribute in following their children’s academic performance and provide the concerned people in the community with full information about the educational progress and performance.
