| Service Description |
| This service s intended to issue a true copy certificate, in case the original certificate has been lost, upon the client's request. These certificates are almost high School certificates. |

| Service Requirements & Condition |
| The required certificate shall e issued by a governmental school (Public Education Schools) inside the United Arab Emirates. |
| |
| Required Documents |
- Service application form;
- Applicant's ID card;
- Evidence of kinship, in case the applicant is not the holder of certificate; and
- Copy of the required certificate or any other previous certificate (to support in facilitating the service completion).

| Procedures to be followed |
- The applicant shall submit a True Copy Certificate Application;
- The competent employee shall search in the system and/or archive and issue the required true copy certificate;
- The true copy certificate shall be given a number by the Assessment and Exams Manager;
- The relevant registry and approval employee shall be notify on the completion of the required certificate; and
- The certificate shall be presented to the client, after fulfillment of the financial stamp.
