Estimate and evaluate abroad certificates regarding the educational school structure and educational foundations in countries which issued that certificates comparing to Emirates educational school structure, and admit that they are equal to Emirates Secondary school Certificate .

 Principal  Rules for evaluate the certificates :

1. The school that issued the Certificate should be authentically recognized .
2. The educational structure in the country which issued the certificate should be equal to the educational structure in UAE .
3. Some countries have two Secondary Certificates in different levels, the highest one will be evaluate .
4. The certificate should qualify the candidate to apply for admission at universities in the same country which issued the certificate .
5. Regular school certificates are accepted not the correspondence School, neither the training courses .

 Requirements :

1. Only original certificates will be evaluated . True copies are not accepted unless they authenticated and attached to the original .
2. Ratify the certificate by :
3. Ministry of education or the educational establishment that issued the certificate .
4. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the country which issued the certificate .
5. UAE Embassy in the country which issued the certificate .
6. Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE .
7. Arabic embassies can ratify the certificate in countries which hasn’t Emirati Embassy , then that Arabic Embassy in UAE should attest the certificate in addition to Emirati Ministry of Foreign Affairs .
8. Certificates issued for citizens of  “ The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf “  should be ratified by Ministry of Education in that country only .

 Required attachments

  First : Required attachments for issuing equivalence certificate of High school level ( Gr. 12 ) :

1. The original High School certificate must ratify as mentioned above.
2. The original certificates of the pre certificate stages ( Gr. 10 & Gr. 11 ) must be ratified by Ministry of Education only in the issued country.
3. An authorized translator should translate foreign certificates into Arabic or English.
4. An Extended  passport  photocopy , with a valid residence visa.
5. Fill in the equivalence  certificate  application form.
6. Payment fees ( Dhs.50 ) .  

  Second : Required attachments for issuing equivalence certificate for school grades ( 1: 11 ) :

 The original School certificate which ratify as mentioned above .

1. The original certificates of the pre certificate stages ( at least 2 classes before ) must be ratified by Ministry of Education only in the issued country.
2. An authorized translator should translate foreign certificates into Arabic or English.
3. An Extended  passport  photocopy , with a valid residence visa.
4. Fill in the equivalence  certificate  application form.
5. Payment fees ( Dhs. 15 ) .
