Service Description

Issuance of certificates, upon an employee's request, to evidence and/or provide detailed description of his/her salary.

Service Requirements & Condition

Administrative staff in the Ministry shall be directed to the Ministry to obtain the certificate.
School staff shall obtain the certificate from relevant Education Zones.
The certificate shall be valid for only six (6) months.

Procedures to be followed

The employee shall get the relevant certificate form from the Human Resources Dept. officer;
The employee shall fill the relevant certificate form and then go to the Financial Dept.;
The Financial Dept. officer shall fill the Financial Dept. part in the certificate form;
The Human Resource Dept. officer shall enter the certificate form data in the Human Resource System to verify that the employee is an employee n the Ministry;
The Human Resource Dept. officer shall sign the certificate form and refer it to the Human Resource Dept. Manager;
The Human Resource Dept. Manager shall sign the certificate form; and
The Senior Managerial Secretary shall seal the certificate form and return it back to the employee.
