| Service Description |
| A certificate issued to evidence that the applicant successfully passed a specific academic year. This certificate shall be issued for several reasons, including update of staff information, and for transfer to a school outside the UAE. |

| Service Requirements & Condition |
| The required certificate shall be issued from a public school in the UAE. |
| |
| Required Documents |
- Service application form;
- Applicant's ID card;
- Evidence of kinship, in case the applicant is not the holder of relevant certificate; and
- Copy of the required certificate, or any other previous certificate (to support in facilitating service completion).

| Procedures to be followed |
- The applicant shall complete the application form;
- The competent employee shall search in the system and/or students' registry archive for the required academic year;
- The competent employee shall enter the required data on the form into the computer and issue the certificate;
- The certificate shall be given a number by the Assessment and Exams Manager;
- The relevant registry and approval employee shall be notify the applicant on the completion of the required certificate; and
- The certificate shall be presented to the client, after fulfillment of the financial stamp.
