Service Description

A certificate issued to evidence the last academic year successfully passed by the individual in a specific governmental in the UAE.

Service Requirements & Condition

The required certificate shall be issued from a governmental school in the UAE.

Required Documents

Service application form;
Applicant's ID card;
Evidence of kinship, in case the applicant is not the holder of relevant certificate; and
Copy of the required certificate, or any other previous certificate (to support in facilitating service completion).

Procedures to be followed

The applicant shall complete the application form;
The competent employee shall search in the system and/or students' registry archive for the required academic year;
The competent employee shall enter the required data on the form into the computer and issue the certificate;
The certificate shall be given a number by the Assessment and Exams Manager;
The relevant registry and approval employee shall be notify the applicant on the completion of the required certificate; and
The certificate shall be presented to the client, after fulfillment of the financial stamp.
