The Rt Hon Lord Andrew Adonis
The Rt Hon Lord Andrew Adonis was Minister and Senior Adviser in the governments of Prime Ministers Tony Blair and Gordon Brown from 1998 until the May of this year. He pioneered the Blair/Brown government's education policy as Senior Adviser and Head of the Prime Minister's Policy Unit in the government of Mr Blair (1998-2005), taking office as Minister for Schools from 2005 to 2008. He subsequently served in the Cabinet as Secretary of State for Transport.
Ann Puntis Ann Puntis 
Ann Puntis is Chief Executive of University of Cambridge International Examinations where, since 2005, she has overseen the continuing growth and popularity of CIE qualifications and support services. She has developed a sound appreciation of educational trends and developments in a variety of different global contexts, driving forward CIE’s engagement in education reform initiatives in key countries internationally.
Baroness Greenfield Baroness Susan Greenfield 
Susan Greenfield was an undergraduate at Oxford University and subsequently took a DPhil in the University Department of Pharmacology. She held research fellowships in the Department of Physiology Oxford, the College de France Paris, and NYU Medical Center New York. In 1985 she was appointed University Lecturer in Synaptic Pharmacology, and Fellow and Tutor in Medicine, Lincoln College, Oxford. She became Professor of Synaptic Pharmacology in 1996 and has since been awarded 30 Honorary Degrees from British and foreign universities.
Dr Chan Lee Dr Chan Lee 
Dr Chan Lee is a professor with a PhD in Vocational Education and Workforce Development at Seoul National University in Korea. Prior to being a professor, Dr Lee worked at LG Electronics in the USA as the HRD (Human Resource Development) team leader. Dr Lee has been delivering lectures and doing research focused on education for innovation and entrepreneurship, knowledge work, theories and applications of performance management system, job analysis, and competency-based curricula in many countries. Dr Lee holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Human Resources Development from The Ohio State University in the USA and a BA from Sungkyunkwan University in Korea.
Harry Anthony Patrinos Dr Harry Anthony Patrinos 
Dr Harry Anthony Patrinos is Lead Education Economist at the World Bank. He leads the Economics of Education Thematic Group and the Benchmarking Education Systems for Results initiative. He specializes in all areas of education, especially school-based management, demand-side financing and public-private partnerships. He has published more than 50 journal articles, and co-authored several books, including: The Role and Impact of Public-Private Partnerships in Education (2009), Decentralized Decision-Making in Schools (2009), and Indigenous Peoples, Poverty and Human Development in Latin America (2006).

Michael Stevenson is vice president of Global Education for Cisco. Michael is responsible for developing Cisco's education strategy and leading the implementation in countries where the company is working on a non-commercial basis to facilitate education reform. He is the author of "Equipping Every Learner for the 21st Century," and has led significant engagements supporting education reform in the United States, Australia and Mexico.  
Professor Jasim Al Ajmi Professor Jasim Al Ajmi 
Professor Jasim Al Ajmi is a Corporate Governance expert, co-founder and deputy chairman of the Bahrain Competitiveness Council (BCC) and Professor of Finance and Corporate Governance at the University of Bahrain. He holds a PhD in Finance, a Masters Degree in Finance and Investment and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from UK universities. He is currently leading the team that will author the Bahrain Competitiveness Report for 2010 and also authored the report for 2008-2009. Professor Al-Ajmi was also team leader for the evaluation of the Bahraini Secondary School Commercial Program.
Professor John MacBeath OBE Professor John MacBeath
John MacBeath is Professor Emeritus at the University of Cambridge where he has held the Chair of Educational Leadership since 2000. He is currently Projects Director for the Commonwealth Centre in Education. Prior to 2000 he was Director of the Quality in Education Centre at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow where he worked closely with the Scottish Inspectorate on the development of school self evaluation, school improvement and system reform.
Michael Stevenson Professor David Burghes
David Burghes is Professor of Education at the University of Plymouth. He was appointed to the Numeracy Task Force set up by the UK Government to improve standards on numeracy in primary schools and has directed three international longitudinal projects aimed at establishing good practice in teaching and training (in mathematics). He founded the Centre for Innovation in Mathematics Teaching (CIMT), set up to help and support teachers through research and development.
Dr John Cresswell Dr John Cresswell
Dr John Cresswell is a Principal Research Fellow at the Australian Council for Educational Research [ACER], working in the National and International Surveys Program. Dr Cresswell’s work at ACER has included policy research with a focus on teaching and learning, and he was the National Project Manager of the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) in Australia. He was responsible for writing national reports based on PISA and for implementing quality assurance procedures for the implementation of the surveys. Dr Cresswell has also advised education ministries in Australia and in New Zealand and represented ACER on the PISA Science Expert Group.
